It isn’t difficult to stumble upon a petrol station in the UK, the roads are littered with them, but they will soon become a thing of the past as more and more EV charging stations pop up. However, for the time being, these charging stations are not as widespread as drivers might like so it can take a little effort to find one near you.
One of the best resources is by using the internet; a website called ZapMap provides drivers with information on all the local EV charging points in the UK and Ireland. Furthermore, there is a wealth of smartphone apps with the same purpose making it quick and easy to find a charging station near you.
